Errors, shortages or damaged materials on shipments require immediate contact of TheRailingStore.com. Future Claims against applicable manufacturer warranty should be initiated according to that manufacturer’s claim directions. TheRailingStore.com is not responsible for shipping claims or damage but will assist you in any way possible to expedite the process.


RETURNS
Returns are at the sole discretion of TheRailingStore.com. All returns must be accompanied by a previously issued RMA Number (Return Material Authorization) and in resalable condition in order to receive a Credit. Only material returned within 30 days from date of purchase will be eligible for a Credit. Please contact us via email at sales@therailingstore.com or by calling (877) 810-4170.

Previously installed material or material altered after delivery will not be given Credit unless defect occurred during manufacturing. Before authorization for the return of material will be given; TheRailngStore.com Invoice Number & Date of Purchase covering the original purchase must be supplied. Credit will be issued only at Original Invoice Price and only after products have been returned, received and inspected.

Orders may be cancelled in whole or in part at TheRailingStore.com’s initiation and sole discretion with a full refund applied. Customer originated cancellations may be granted taking into account the status of your order at the time you request cancellation. When you request to cancel an order prior to shipping we reserve the right to charge a $35 cancellation fee or 3% of the total order or whichever is higher. These fees cover the credit card transaction and processing charges that are non-refundable. If the cancellation is due to an item being out of stock or discontinued no fees will be applied. In the event you refuse an order after it was shipped, you will receive credit less the actual roundtrip freight charge and a 20% restocking fee. In the event of returning an item, you will be responsible for the both inbound and outbound shipping cost and applicable 20% restock fee. Credits or refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on a credit card statement. Any credits or refunds for customer initiated returns will not include shipping cost incurred by TheRailingStore.com.
